About Dr. Hamzeh Hajiloo:
Dr. Hamzeh Hajiloo is an expert in fire performance and structural resilience of construction materials. An Associate Professor at Carleton University since 2019, he holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Queen’s University, where he advanced fire safety design for FRP-reinforced concrete. A licensed professional engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario, Dr. Hajiloo integrates machine learning into his research to study fire behavior and enhance the safety of materials and infrastructure. His work contributes to shaping fire-safe and resilient modern construction practices.
